This role is critical to enabling web-based growth strategies, including large-scale page generation, SEO optimization, and real-time performance measurement.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale Web & SEO engineering platforms
Build systems to generate and optimize millions of web pages
Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams globally
Drive SEO strategy, traffic growth, and performance insights
Architect multi-tenant, scalable web platforms using modern technologies
Mentor engineers and guide technical decision-making
Partner with stakeholders across engineering, business, and leadership teams
✅ Basic Qualifications
12+ years of industry experience, with 6+ years in leadership roles
Strong experience in building scalable, fault-tolerant systems
Expertise in full-stack development (frontend, backend, databases, caching, networking)
Experience with microservices architecture & multi-tenant systems
Familiarity with big data technologies (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and system design skills
Proven ability in mentoring, hiring, and team building
