Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹25,500 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, and applying engineering knowledge to support maintenance activities. Candidates should possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills while working effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and machinery.
Monitor equipment performance and identify maintenance requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, or equipment-related issues.
Ensure equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve operational performance.
Follow safety standards, company policies, and maintenance procedures.
Maintain maintenance records and prepare technical reports.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and equipment reliability.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry best practices.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
