Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician Technician to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in electrical panel wiring, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting within industrial or commercial environments. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Electrical Panel Wiring & Installation
Perform panel wiring, assembly, and installation as per electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Ensure accurate wiring and proper functioning of electrical control panels.
Support installation and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults in panels, machinery, and equipment.
Minimize downtime through timely maintenance and corrective actions.
Technical Operations
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Use electrical testing and installation tools such as multimeters, wire strippers, crimpers, and power tools.
Assist in testing and verification of electrical systems before deployment.
Safety & Compliance
Follow electrical safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with safety codes and best practices.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Team Coordination
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Provide technical support during project execution and maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
ITI in Electrical, Electrician Trade, or related discipline
OR
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
