We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Electrician cum Site Supervisor to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in electrical work and the ability to supervise on-site activities. The role requires working independently, managing site operations, and ensuring timely completion of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities
Electrical Installation & Maintenance
Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure efficient resolution.
Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems and equipment.
Site Supervision
Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Ensure projects are completed according to specifications and timelines.
Quality & Safety Compliance
Follow electrical safety standards and company guidelines.
Ensure safe working practices at the project site.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
Reporting & Coordination
Update management on project progress and site requirements.
Manage materials, tools, and workforce effectively.
Address site-related challenges and provide practical solutions.
Required Qualifications
ITI Electrician, Diploma in Electrical, or relevant qualification preferred.
Basic knowledge of site supervision and electrical systems.
