Location: Bangalore / Noida
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Office + 2 Days Work From Home)
Shift Timing:

Initial 2–3 Months: 5:00 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST
Post Transition: 7:00 AM IST – 4:00 PM IST
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Development Lead with strong expertise in Vue.js, AWS, and modern software architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications while mentoring development teams and driving best practices across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of enterprise applications using .NET technologies and Vue.js.
Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver client-driven solutions.
Architect and implement microservices-based applications and cloud-native solutions.
Guide development teams through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and software design principles.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) initiatives.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
.NET Full Stack Development
8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Full Stack Development.
Strong expertise in:

Frontend Development
5+ years of experience with modern front-end technologies:
Vue.js (preferred)
JavaScript
TypeScript
HTML5
CSS3 / Sass
Experience with modern UI development practices and responsive design.
Database Technologies
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Comfortable working with large-scale datasets.
Query optimization and database performance tuning experience.
Cloud & DevOps
Hands-on experience with:

Strong understanding of:

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
