Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Development Lead with strong expertise in Vue.js, AWS, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end software development initiatives, mentor development teams, and design scalable cloud-based applications using modern development practices such as microservices, containerization, CI/CD, and secure software development.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
Review architecture, code quality, and development best practices.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Full Stack Development
Design and develop scalable web applications using the Microsoft .NET platform.
Develop backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
Build modern, responsive user interfaces using Vue.js.
Integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.
Cloud Development
Design, deploy, and maintain applications on AWS.
Work with Azure services where required.
Build scalable and highly available cloud-native solutions.
Optimize cloud infrastructure and application performance.
Database Development
Design and optimize SQL Server databases.
Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
Handle large datasets with a focus on performance and scalability.
Software Architecture
Apply object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Implement Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts.
Design Microservices-based architectures.
Develop secure, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
DevOps & CI/CD
Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Work with containerized applications.
Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
Maintain source code using Git.
Documentation & SDLC
Participate in every phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Prepare technical design documents and system documentation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Ensure compliance with secure development standards.

Experience developing client-driven enterprise solutions.
Experience in report development and administration (3+ years).
Experience across all SDLC phases.
Experience creating technical documentation.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Equivalent technical qualifications with relevant industry experience will also be considered.

Work Schedule
Location: Bangalore or Noida
Mode: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Initial Shift (2–3 months): 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST
Regular Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST
