Job Summary

Radancy is seeking a highly motivated Digital Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions for global brands. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, digital product development, budget control, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership. This role requires a strong understanding of digital technologies, web development, UX/UI, content management, and software implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously from initiation through closure.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, milestones, and performance updates.
Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead cross-functional teams including:
UX/UI Designers
Content Teams
Front-End Developers
Software Engineers
Quality Assurance Teams
Facilitate team collaboration and drive project accountability.
Risk & Quality Management
Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
Develop mitigation plans and proactively resolve issues.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and project standards.
Digital Project Execution
Support projects involving:
Responsive Website Development
SaaS Implementations
Content Management Systems (CMS)
Digital Transformation Initiatives
Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and launch activities.
Process & Performance Management
Track project performance metrics and resource utilization.
Forecast timelines and budgets accurately.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and processes.
