Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Manage SEO strategy and improve organic search visibility.
Execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
Manage and maintain the brand website, including content updates and performance tracking.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
Prepare actionable performance insights.
Collaborate with the content team on marketing strategy and creative content.
Test and optimize campaigns based on data and performance metrics.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and customer experience across digital channels.

Required Skills

1–3 years of digital marketing experience, agency or in-house.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
Website/CMS management experience, particularly Shopify or WordPress.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Interest or experience in beauty, wellness, or e-commerce is highly desirable.
