We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Sales Engineer who can drive lead generation, sales conversions, and digital marketing initiatives while contributing to product quality and continuous learning.
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing & Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating qualified leads, executing digital marketing campaigns, managing customer relationships through CRM platforms, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales opportunities with educational institutions. The role also includes quality assurance responsibilities and continuous technical upskilling.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Create engaging content including blogs, case studies, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and other platforms.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across:
Email Marketing
WhatsApp Marketing
SMS Campaigns
Paid Advertising (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)
SEO Optimization
Develop and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and promotional content.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on lead generation, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Sales & Business Development
Identify, approach, and engage educational institutions to promote software solutions.
Generate and nurture leads using CRM platforms.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
Quality Assurance & Technical Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Maintain and execute automation testing using Karate Framework:
API Testing
UI Testing
Mobile App Testing
Performance Testing
Demonstrate willingness to learn and work with technologies such as:
ReactJS
Java
Terraform
AWS
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Sales.
Experience working with educational institutions is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign execution.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to travel when required for client meetings and demonstrations.
