What After MBA is looking for an SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and link-building activities. The role focuses on improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and achieving higher search engine rankings through effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization
Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Improve website rankings across major search engines.
Perform technical SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities.
Keyword Research & Analysis
Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms.
Perform competitor analysis and identify ranking opportunities.
Analyze website performance and recommend SEO improvements.
Website Optimization
Optimize:
Meta Titles
Meta Descriptions
URL Structure
Internal Linking
Improve website content for search engine visibility.
Link Building
Develop and maintain a healthy backlink profile.
Acquire quality backlinks through:
Guest Blogging
Outreach
High-authority websites
Perform backlink analysis and monitor link quality.
Technical SEO
Conduct website audits.
Identify technical issues affecting SEO performance.
Implement recommendations to improve crawlability and indexing.
Industry Networking
Build relationships with website owners and industry professionals.
Collaborate with influencers through social media for outreach and link-building opportunities.
Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, tools, and search engine algorithm updates.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Preferred)
