Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and Azure Certified DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Azure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, containerization, and system reliability engineering. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced fintech environment focused on delivering secure, scalable, and highly available solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Management
Manage, monitor, and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure.
Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security of cloud environments.
Implement infrastructure best practices for reliability and cost optimization.
CI/CD & Automation
Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application development and deployment.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management processes.
Streamline release management and deployment workflows.
Collaboration & DevOps Enablement
Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Operations teams.
Improve software delivery processes and deployment efficiency.
Support DevOps culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitoring & Incident Management
Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions.
Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and infrastructure issues.
Troubleshoot production incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
Security & Compliance
Implement cloud security best practices and governance standards.
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry requirements.
Maintain secure infrastructure and deployment processes.
Required Qualifications
Education & Certification
Azure Certification is mandatory, such as:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
Equivalent Azure certifications
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Proven experience managing cloud-native environments and deployment automation.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Hands-on experience with:
Kubernetes
Docker
Microservices Architecture
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Terraform
ARM Templates
Proficiency in CI/CD tools:
Azure DevOps
GitHub Actions
Jenkins
Strong scripting skills using:
PowerShell
Python
Bash
Experience with monitoring and observability tools:
Prometheus
Grafana
ELK Stack
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the FinTech or Payments industry.
Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
Exposure to multi-cloud environments and architectures.
Understanding of modern DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
