Job Summary
Zavasi Technologies is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktop systems, operating systems, hardware, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should possess basic troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, and an understanding of LAN/WAN networking concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux desktop operating systems.
Install, update, and troubleshoot desktop applications and software.
Provide technical support for end-user hardware and software issues.
Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral-related problems.
Perform system configuration, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
Troubleshoot operating system and application performance issues.
Support users with network connectivity and access-related concerns.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when required.
Maintain records of support activities and issue resolutions.
