Job Location

Pune – 2 Positions
Employment Details
Working Days: 6 days per week
Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Information Technology / Information Systems
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Desktop Support or related domain

Candidates should possess at least one certification in:

Microsoft Technologies
Networking
Server Administration
Required Skills
Good working knowledge of Desktop Hardware
Experience with Local Area Network (LAN) troubleshooting
Windows 8/10 installation, configuration, and support
MS Office installation and troubleshooting
Email and Outlook configuration
Hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license
Key Responsibilities
Attend and resolve user issues related to desktops, laptops, and network connectivity
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops
Provide support for Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Submit daily and weekly status reports
Execute IT-related tasks assigned by the Team Leader
Provide regular updates on assigned activities and issue resolution status
Ensure timely closure of user support requests
Maintain high standards of customer service and technical support
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
At least 6 months of hands-on experience in:
Desktop Hardware Support
LAN Support
Windows OS Installation & Troubleshooting
MS Office Installation & Troubleshooting
