Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executives to join our team at Paakashala, a leading multi-chain restaurant. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, processing orders, handling billing, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth daily counter operations.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with menu selection and product information.
Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
Ensure a positive dining and service experience.
Counter Sales
Receive and process customer orders accurately.
Generate bills and collect payments through cash or digital payment methods.
Promote ongoing offers and recommend additional menu items to customers.
Achieve sales targets through effective customer interaction.
Cash Handling
Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
Maintain proper billing and transaction records.
Ensure cash balance is accurate at the end of the shift.
Store Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Monitor stock availability at the counter and report shortages.
Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and food safety guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on interview and experience)
