Job Summary

White Horse Manpower Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Core Java / J2EE Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience developing high-performance, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Java fundamentals, knowledge of J2EE technologies, and experience with Java frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Core Java and J2EE.

Write efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and testable code.

Develop applications using Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Spring, and Hibernate.

Participate in system analysis, application design, testing, and deployment.

Debug and troubleshoot issues in development and production environments.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

Maintain code quality and ensure compliance with coding standards.

Support application performance, reliability, and ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Core Java and J2EE.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

Proficiency in:

Core Java

J2EE

Servlets and JSP

JDBC

Spring Framework

Hibernate

Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
