Salary: Up to ₹4,00,000 per month (Based on experience and deliverables)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Construction Engineer to manage and support the execution of hospital and diagnostic centre construction projects. The selected candidate will contribute to project planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, site coordination, and quality assurance while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Experience in delivering hospital and healthcare infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Design
Contribute technical expertise to project planning, drawings, and engineering designs.
Analyze construction designs and recommend technical improvements.
Assist in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial projections.
Develop project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
Project Execution
Supervise construction activities and engineering processes.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.
Quality & Compliance
Perform material inspections and quality checks.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate construction documentation and project logs.
Stakeholder Coordination
Present project progress reports to clients and senior management.
Communicate project status with internal and external stakeholders.
Negotiate project contract terms and review legal compliance requirements.
Team Management
Supervise site teams and allocate work schedules.
Support efficient resource planning and utilization.
Resolve construction-related technical issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Civil Engineering
Construction Engineering
Related Engineering Discipline
0–3 years of experience as:
Construction Engineer
Civil Engineer
Site Engineer
