Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
Monitor and manage network infrastructure within the organization.
Provide technical support to staff, clients, customers, and suppliers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install and configure operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
Ensure smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
Perform routine maintenance and system updates.
Maintain system security and data backup processes.
