Composites Technician – Aerospace / FRP / Wind Energy

We are hiring skilled Composites Technicians with hands-on experience in composite manufacturing processes for aerospace and industrial applications. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-precision production environment with exposure to advanced composite technologies.

Location Details:
Interview Location: Bengaluru (Meeden Labs Office)
Work Location: Coimbatore
Job Details:
Experience: 2 – 8 Years
Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical preferred)
Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
Shift: Rotational shifts applicable
Key Responsibilities:
Perform composite layup processes (hand layup, wet layup, dry layup, prepreg layup)
Execute vacuum bagging and ensure proper sealing and setup
Apply sealant tape, breather, and bleeder materials effectively
Monitor vacuum integrity and ensure process quality
Read and interpret layup charts, ply books, and engineering drawings
Maintain clean room standards and adhere to FOD (Foreign Object Debris) control protocols
