Job Description – CNC Setter / Operator (Turning & Milling)
Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and skilled CNC Setter / Operator professionals with expertise in CNC Turning and Milling operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on experience with CNC/VMC machines, and knowledge of aerospace or precision machining standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
Perform setting, operating, troubleshooting, and problem-solving activities on CNC Turning and Milling machines.
Handle CNC machine setup and ensure smooth production operations.
Work with Fanuc and Siemens control systems for machine programming and operation.
Conduct part prove-out activities on CNC and VMC machines.
Study and interpret GD&T drawings and inspection methods accurately.
Ensure machining quality and adherence to aerospace and precision manufacturing standards.
Monitor machine performance and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Maintain compliance with safety and quality procedures during manufacturing operations.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of CNC Turning and Milling machine operations.
Experience with Fanuc and Siemens CNC controls.
Understanding of GD&T drawings and dimensional inspection methods.
Knowledge of aerospace standards and precision machining practices.
Troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain production quality.
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or B.E Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 10 years.
Preferred background in Aerospace, Precision Machining, or CNC Setting operations.

Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹8,50,000 per year
