Job Description – CNC & VMC Operator
Position Overview

We are hiring skilled and dedicated CNC & VMC Operators to support manufacturing operations by ensuring smooth and efficient machining processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine operation, quality control, and troubleshooting while maintaining safety and production standards.

Job Role
Operate CNC and VMC machines efficiently for daily manufacturing activities.
Perform machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance checks.
Follow machining specifications, technical drawings, and production instructions accurately.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure precision and compliance with manufacturing standards.
Monitor machine performance and identify operational issues.
Troubleshoot machining and equipment-related problems effectively.
Maintain workplace safety and adhere to company manufacturing protocols.
Ensure proper documentation of production and quality records.
Required Qualifications
Experience in CNC/VMC machine operation, setup, and maintenance.
Knowledge of machining and milling processes.
Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Understanding of quality control procedures and precision standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering specifications.
Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Vocational training or certification in machining is preferred.
Prior CNC and VMC operational experience is highly valued.
