Position Overview

We are hiring skilled CNC & VMC Operators for our manufacturing facility located in Hejjala, Bangalore. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in operating and setting up CNC/VMC machines, including Fanuc control systems and advanced machining operations.

Experience: 1 – 7 Years
Qualification: Diploma / ITI
Location: Hejjala, Bangalore
Number of Openings: 50
Key Responsibilities
Operate and set up CNC and VMC machines efficiently.
Handle Fanuc control systems for machining operations.
Perform tooling setup and machine adjustments as per production requirements.
Operate and manage 5-axis machining operations when required.
Monitor machining quality and ensure compliance with production standards.
Conduct basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance checks.
Follow safety guidelines and manufacturing protocols during operations.
Required Skills
Experience in operating and setting up VMC/CNC machines.
Hands-on experience with Fanuc Controls.
Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and machining operations.
Experience with 5-axis machines is preferred.
Strong understanding of machining processes and production quality standards.
