Skanda IT Consulting Private Limited is hiring for a Technical Lead – CNC Programming role with a leading MNC client in the aerospace domain.

Experience: 11 – 16 Years
Industry: Aerospace Manufacturing
Work Schedule: 5 Days/Week
Shift Timings:
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Role Overview:

Lead CNC programming and machining strategies for aerospace components, ensuring high precision, efficiency, and production quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize CNC programs using advanced software
Review machining strategies and resolve production issues
Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in manufacturing processes
Collaborate with production and engineering teams
Drive continuous improvement in machining practices
Mandatory Skills:
Aerospace domain experience (must)
Hands-on experience with:
Siemens NX / NX CAM
CATIA
Mastercam (MCAM)
Vericut
Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials
Experience in troubleshooting and production support
