Senior CNC Setter – Mechanical

We are looking for an experienced Senior CNC Setter with strong technical expertise in machine setup, programming, and production support.

📍 Job Details:
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Experience: Minimum 6 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical (Preferred)
Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Work Location: In-person
Role Overview:

Responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring precision, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
Program CNC machines for operations like drilling, cutting, and shaping
Set up machines with appropriate tools and attachments
Ensure machines are properly calibrated and maintained
Monitor machine performance for accuracy and efficiency
Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs/settings
Perform quality checks on finished components
Maintain records of machine settings and production data
Required Skills:
Strong CNC machine setup and programming knowledge
Understanding of machining processes and tooling
Ability to read engineering drawings
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and quality focus
