We are hiring experienced professionals for the following positions:

1️⃣ CNC / VMC Programmer
Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and optimize CNC/VMC programs for precision machining.
Interpret engineering drawings and plan machining sequences.
Handle:
Machine Setup
Tool Selection
Offsets
First-Piece Inspection
Troubleshoot machining issues and improve:
Cycle Time
Accuracy
Surface Finish
Requirements
Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical or related field.
Minimum 3 years of CNC/VMC programming and operation experience.
Strong knowledge of:
G-Code
M-Code
CNC Controllers:
Fanuc
Siemens
Mitsubishi
2️⃣ Quality Control Head
Key Responsibilities
Lead incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Prepare and maintain documentation as per:
MSME Standards
Aerospace Customer Standards
Conduct and coordinate:
ISO 9001 Audits
AS9100 Internal & External Audits
Handle calibration of:
Gauges
Measuring Instruments
Inspection Equipment
Review and approve:
FAIR
PPAP
Process Validation Documents
Ensure traceability and compliance.
Utilize and maintain:
CMM
Profile Projector
Contour Measuring Instruments
Surface Roughness Testers
Coordinate with customers/vendors for NCR resolution.
Drive:
Continuous Improvement
CAPA
5S Initiatives
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of QC experience in:
Precision Manufacturing
Aerospace
Automotive Manufacturing
Familiarity with:
ISO 9001:2015
AS9100D
NADCAP (preferred)
Strong:

Analytical Skills
Communication Skills
Proficiency in:
MS Office
ERP Systems
Quality Tools:
7QC
RCA
Pareto Analysis
3️⃣ Production Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and dispatch targets.
Oversee CNC/VMC operations including:
Tool Corrections
Insert Changes
Offsets
Conduct in-process quality checks.
Maintain and calibrate:
Gauges
Fixtures
Measuring Instruments
Monitor:
Coolant Levels
Tool Life
Machine Health
Maintain:
Production Reports
Rework Logs
Rejection Logs
Implement:
5S
Lean Manufacturing
Safety Practices
Coordinate with Quality and Planning teams for smooth production flow.
Requirements
Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC-based production environments.
