Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator – Horizontal Boring Machine with strong expertise in Fanuc CNC programming and machining operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines while ensuring precision, quality, and adherence to engineering drawings and inspection standards.

Key Responsibilities
Independently program, set up, and operate Horizontal Boring Machines using Fanuc CNC Systems.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining process requirements.
Manufacture components according to specified dimensions and quality standards.
Perform in-process inspections using measuring instruments.
Ensure compliance with inspection procedures and quality requirements.
Optimize machining processes for productivity and efficiency.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow workplace safety procedures.
Communicate effectively with production and quality teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining.
Strong knowledge of Fanuc CNC programming.
Experience operating Horizontal Boring Machines.
Excellent understanding of engineering drawings, machining processes, and inspection procedures.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
Around 8 years of CNC Programming experience is preferred.
Approximately 8 years of total work experience is preferred.
Availability to work Day Shift.
Candidates should be willing to commute to or relocate to Bengaluru before joining.
