Environmental & Compliance Management
Knowledge and implementation of ISO 14001 standards.
Conduct internal environmental audits.
Ensure legal compliance for manufacturing industries.
Water & Wastewater Treatment
Operation and monitoring of:
RO Plants
DM Plants
Water Softeners
STP (Sewage Treatment Plant)
ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant)
Surface Treatment Processes
Pretreatment Process Management
Hard Chrome Plating
PT Line Operations
Surface Treatment Processes
Chemical Process Control
Analysis and monitoring of chemical parameters.
Control impurities in manufacturing processes.
Maintain process quality and operational efficiency.
Troubleshooting
Resolve issues related to:
Plating Processes
PT Lines
ETP Operations
Implement corrective actions and process improvements.
Team Collaboration
Work effectively with production, quality, maintenance, and environmental teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
