Key Responsibilities
Auditing
Conduct internal and external audits.
Examine financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
Taxation
Manage direct and indirect tax compliance.
Prepare and file tax returns.
Provide tax planning and advisory services.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
Financial Reporting
Prepare and analyze financial statements.
Develop balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Financial Advisory
Advise management on financial planning and investment strategies.
Recommend cost optimization and profitability improvement measures.
Support business expansion and strategic decision-making.
Provide guidance on capital allocation and financial performance.
Risk Management
Identify financial and operational risks.
Assess the impact of financial risks on business operations.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Strengthen financial controls and governance.
Business Consulting
Provide financial and business consulting services.
Support business planning and organizational restructuring.
Advise on financial management systems and process improvements.
Evaluate new business opportunities and investments.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.
Monitor changes in financial laws and accounting standards.
Maintain documentation required for audits and regulatory inspections.
Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies.
