Role Overview

Ziksa Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting, Bookkeeping & Payroll Specialist to manage financial records, payroll operations, compliance activities, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, payroll experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate:
Financial Records
Ledgers
Journals
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities including:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Prepare:
Monthly Financial Reports
Quarterly Reports
Annual Reports
Process payroll while ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations.
Reconcile:
Bank Statements
Credit Card Statements
General Ledger Accounts
Support:
Budgeting
Forecasting
Expense Management
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in:
Accounting
Finance
Related Fields
Experience in:
Accounting
Bookkeeping
Payroll Processing
Strong understanding of:
Accounting Principles
Financial Regulations
Proficiency in accounting software such as:
QuickBooks
SAP
Xero
