Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Source business from the bank’s existing customer base.
Build and deepen relationships with bank customers.
Generate references from existing customers.
Sales & Business Development
Sell equity-based investment products.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Maximize revenue generation through customer acquisition and cross-selling.
Bank Channel Coordination
Work closely with partner bank teams.
Ensure customers acquired through the bank channel actively trade and invest.
Maintain strong relationships with branch staff and bank representatives.
Customer Servicing
Provide ongoing support to customers.
Help clients understand investment products and services.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Experience in banking, insurance, investment products, mutual funds, stock broking, or financial services is advantageous.
