Job Summary

APEX Services is seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Banca Sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing business through the bank’s existing customer base by promoting equity-based investment products, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Source business opportunities from the existing customer base of partner banks.
Develop and deepen relationships with bank customers.
Promote and sell equity-based investment products.
Generate new business and maximize revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Work closely with the partner bank team to acquire and activate customers.
Encourage clients from the assigned territory to trade actively.
Provide quality service and ongoing support to existing customers.
Generate customer referrals to expand the business network.
Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure business retention.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal sales and banking teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role.
Experience in Banca Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Investment Products will be an added advantage.
