A leading engineering organization is hiring an experienced AutoCAD Plant 3D (P3D) Administrator to manage Plant 3D environments, databases, specifications, project standards, and multi-user project execution. The role requires strong expertise in Autodesk Plant 3D administration, database management, and coordination between engineering disciplines and IT teams.

Project Administration
Set up and manage Plant 3D projects.
Handle multi-user and multi-project environments using shared databases.
Configure project folder structures and naming conventions.
Establish project access controls and permissions.
Database & User Management
Manage Plant 3D databases (SQLite / SQL Server).
Create and maintain user accounts and roles.
Control read, write, and edit permissions.
Resolve user access and system-related issues.
Specifications & Catalog Management
Configure project specifications and catalogs.
Prepare and maintain Piping Material Specifications (PMS).
Upload and update vendor data for:
Valves
Fittings
Instruments
Other piping components
Ensure consistency between specifications and 3D models.
Drawing & Template Configuration
Configure drawing templates and title blocks.
Set annotation styles and project standards.
Manage orthographic drawing templates.
Configure isometric extraction settings, dimensions, reports, and ISO styles.
Plant Structure Management
Configure plant hierarchy:
Area
Unit
Zone
Manage project units and coordinate systems.
Coordination & Support
Serve as the primary Plant 3D support contact.
Coordinate with project managers, engineering disciplines, and IT teams.
Ensure smooth project execution and compliance with standards.
