Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Maintenance

Experience: 8–15 years
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma – Mechanical
Position: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Maintenance

Role: Responsible for overall plant/unit maintenance, reliability and machine efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete plant maintenance activities and reliability maintenance
Monitor MTTR, MTBF and TPM for machine efficiency
Handle shifts and daily maintenance activities
Maintain equipment A/B/C/D checklists, machine history cards and machine run-hour records
Ensure ISO documentation and periodic maintenance inspections
Coordinate vendors for AMC and new projects
Install new machines according to ISO standards
Maintain adequate spare-parts inventory
Improve machine efficiency and minimize breakdowns
Train and guide maintenance associates/technicians
Follow safety and WCM practices
Prepare electrical A & B checklists
Prioritize maintenance according to production requirements
