Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Associate – Valuation to support asset valuation assignments involving land, buildings, plant and machinery, and other tangible assets.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting research, undertaking site visits, analysing technical and commercial information, and preparing accurate valuation reports while coordinating with clients and internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
– Prepare valuation reports for fixed assets, including land, buildings, plant and machinery, and other tangible assets.
– Conduct local and pan-India site visits for valuation assignments.
– Perform primary and secondary research to collect market and technical data.
– Analyse valuation requirements for flats, shops, offices, land, buildings, and plant and machinery.
– Review technical and commercial information to support valuation assessments.
– Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
– Ensure timely and accurate completion of valuation assignments.
– Work closely with senior valuers and technical teams.
– Gradually take ownership of valuation assignments.

Educational Qualifications
– B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
– M.E. / M.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
– Relevant technical knowledge and experience in asset valuation.
Experience & Other Requirements
– Prior experience in the Asset Valuation domain is mandatory.
– IBBI-Registered Valuers are preferred.
– Candidates with strong technical knowledge and relevant valuation experience can also apply.
– Candidates must be based in the location for which they are applying.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
– Willingness to travel across India for site visits and assignments.
– Self-motivated, curious, and willing to take ownership.
