Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Meet collection and receivable targets.
Increase market share.
Drive revenue growth in assigned territory.
Dealer Network Development
Manage existing dealers and distributors.
Identify and appoint new dealers in uncovered markets.
Conduct market mapping and potential assessments.
Ensure at least 90% dealer network remains active.
Team Leadership
Manage and motivate direct reportees.
Conduct performance reviews against Key Performance Parameters (KPPs).
Train and coach team members on:
Technical product knowledge
Sales skills
Management practices
Promote a participative leadership style.
Market Development
Conduct regular market visits.
Maintain call trackers and visit reports.
Monitor competition and industry developments.
Submit weekly market intelligence reports.
Customer Relationship Management
Manage key trade and non-trade customers.
Resolve service-related issues proactively.
Build long-term customer relationships.
Strengthen brand presence in the market.
Brand Promotion Activities
