Job Description:

The role involves handling insurance follow-ups, claim resolution, and Accounts Receivable (AR) management for US healthcare clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance companies for pending and denied claims
Verify claim status and ensure timely resolution
Identify denial reasons and initiate appeals or reprocessing
Work on AR aging reports and prioritize outstanding claims
Maintain accurate documentation of call updates and actions
Coordinate professionally with insurance payers and providers
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity & quality targets
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM & AR Calling process
Knowledge of US insurance (Medicare / Medicaid / Commercial)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in US night shifts
Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Prior experience in US Healthcare AR Calling is mandatory
