💼 Role Overview

We are looking for experienced AR Callers / Senior AR Callers with strong expertise in US Healthcare (Physician & Hospital Billing) to handle accounts receivable, follow-ups, and denial management.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
AR Calling (Voice process) for US healthcare clients
Follow-up on outstanding claims with insurance companies
Handle end-to-end denial management
Work on Physician & Hospital Billing processes
✅ Skills Required

✔ Minimum 1 year experience in AR Calling
✔ Hands-on experience in Physician & Hospital Billing
✔ Strong knowledge of denial handling (E2E)
✔ Good communication skills
