Denial Management
RCM operations
Key Responsibilities
Patient demographics verification
Charge entry and coding validation
Claim submission and follow-up
Insurance verification and eligibility checks
AR follow-up with payers and patients
Payment posting and reconciliation
Denial analysis and resubmission
Mentoring junior team members
Important Skills
Strong AR calling experience
Physician/medical billing workflow knowledge
EHR and billing software exposure
Understanding of:
CPT
ICD
HIPAA
Insurance claims lifecycle
Excellent communication skills
