Role Overview
Position: AR Caller – US Medical Billing / RCM
Experience Required: 5–8 years
Location: Bengaluru
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Core Responsibilities
Calling US insurance providers for claim follow-up
Handling denied and pending claims
Working on underpayments and EOB analysis
Updating claim status and documentation
Coordinating with billing and coding teams
Skills Preferred
Strong AR follow-up expertise
Denial management
Knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS basics
Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
Good spoken English and communication skills
