Android Developer
Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Android Developers with hands-on experience or practical knowledge in Android application development using Android Studio or Flutter. Selected candidates will work on innovative products, including WiNoT® solutions and the Course in a Box eLearning platform.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain Android mobile applications.
Build native or cross-platform mobile applications using Android Studio or Flutter.
Collaborate with team members to develop new features and enhance existing applications.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Participate in product development activities and contribute innovative ideas.
Demonstrate completed Android application projects and explain technical implementation approaches during interviews and discussions.
Required Skills
Mobile Application Development
Practical knowledge or hands-on experience in Android application development using:
Android Studio
Flutter
Technical Skills
Understanding of Android application architecture and development lifecycle.
Knowledge of application testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Learning & Adaptability
Strong self-learning ability and willingness to acquire new technologies quickly.
Passion for software development and mobile technologies.
Ability to work effectively in a startup environment.
Communication & Collaboration
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain project architecture, implementation details, and technical concepts clearly.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
Qualifications
Good knowledge of Android application development using Android Studio or Flutter.
Candidates should have completed at least one Android application project and be able to demonstrate and explain it during the interview process.
Freshers and candidates with academic, internship, or personal Android projects are encouraged to apply.
Work Location
Candidates must be willing to commute to the office daily and work from the office.
