Job Summary

Qantom Technologies is looking for enthusiastic Android Developers who have practical experience in building Android applications using either Android Studio or Flutter. This is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative WiNoT® products and the company’s Course in a Box e-learning platform in a startup environment.

Candidates should be self-driven, eager to learn, and capable of demonstrating a mobile application they have personally developed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities
Android Application Development
Develop and maintain Android applications using:
Android Studio (Native Android)
Flutter (Cross-platform)
Build scalable, user-friendly, and high-performance mobile applications.
Product Development
Contribute to the development of WiNoT® products.
Participate in the development and enhancement of the Course in a Box e-learning application.
Code Development
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Debug and resolve application issues.
Improve application performance and usability.
Learning & Innovation
Learn new technologies and frameworks quickly.
Adapt to changing project requirements.
Contribute ideas for product improvements.
Collaboration
Work closely with the engineering team.
Participate in technical discussions and product development activities.
Deliver assigned tasks within project timelines.
Required Technical Skills
Mobile Development
Android Application Development
Android Studio or
Flutter
Programming
Knowledge of Android mobile application architecture.
Practical experience developing Android applications.
Additional Skills
Ability to explain application architecture and implementation.
Understanding of mobile application development best practices.
