About the Role

Cronbay Technologies is looking for enthusiastic candidates who want to start a career in Digital and Affiliate Marketing. This role offers hands-on exposure to performance marketing, analytics, partner management, and campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support affiliate and performance marketing campaigns
Coordinate with affiliate partners and maintain relationships
Monitor campaign performance and generate reports
Work with Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics dashboards
Assist in optimizing campaigns for better performance
Communicate with internal teams and external partners effectively
Required Skills
Basic understanding of affiliate/performance marketing
Proficiency in:
Microsoft Excel
Google Sheets
Analytics dashboards
Good communication and negotiation skills
Relationship management ability
Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing
Educational Qualification
MBA in Marketing or related field preferred
