Location: Head Office, Muthiahpuram, Tuticorin

Education: Any Degree (HR or Commerce background preferred)

Key Responsibilities
HR Functions
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Track attendance and leave records.
Coordinate recruitment activities:
Job postings
Resume screening
Interview scheduling
Support employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Assist payroll by providing attendance and leave data.
Maintain HR documentation and filing systems.
Handle PF & ESI registrations and related documentation.
Maintain EPFO and ESI registers.
Assist with statutory compliance and returns filing.
Administrative Functions
Manage office emails, calls, and correspondence.
Perform data entry and document filing.
Prepare letters, reports, and official communications.
Maintain project and administrative records.
Support HR, Admin, and Project teams with documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile

✅ Female candidate

✅ Based in or around Tuticorin

✅ Experience in HR administration

✅ Knowledge of:

Attendance management
Payroll support
PF & ESI processes
MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

✅ Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
