Job Summary

Marvence Technologies, a fast-growing staffing and marketing solutions company headquartered in New Jersey, is hiring a USA Sales Recruiter to support business development and client acquisition for technology companies across the United States. This is a remote opportunity for candidates interested in sales, staffing, and recruitment while working during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new business opportunities with US-based technology companies and agencies.
Generate leads and acquire new clients for staffing and marketing services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable staffing solutions.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with account managers and recruiters to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
Prepare follow-ups, proposals, and sales reports as required.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Basic knowledge of recruitment, staffing, or technology services is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience.
Experience in staffing, technology services, or related industries is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Comfortable working during US (EST) business hours.
