Job Summary
Hitech Rubber Products is looking for a Technical Marketing Executive to promote its rubber products, generate business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and provide technical support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, technical, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer requirements.
– Promote rubber products by explaining their technical features, benefits, and applications.
– Identify potential customers, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities.
– Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
– Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
– Prepare sales proposals, negotiate with clients, and close deals.
– Provide technical support before and after sales.
– Collect customer feedback and contribute to product development and improvement.
– Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
Educational Qualifications
– Any degree or diploma.
– Mechanical or Chemical Engineering qualifications preferred.
Experience Requirements
– 0–5 years of experience in technical marketing, sales, or a related field.
– Experience in manufacturing or industrial sales preferred.
– Freshers may apply.
Required Skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Technical aptitude and product knowledge.
– Sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Additional Requirements
– Must own a bike and a mobile phone.
– Willingness to travel 100% for customer visits and sales activities.
– Languages: Tamil is mandatory; English proficiency is preferred.
