Job Summary

The Technical Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of IoT controllers used in Irrigation Automation and Fertigation systems. The role requires frequent travel to customer sites to provide technical support and ensure reliable system performance.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning
Install IoT controllers for irrigation automation and fertigation systems.
Perform commissioning and functional testing of installed systems.
Ensure installations comply with technical standards.
Maintenance & Service
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot hardware and electrical issues.
Repair and replace faulty components when required.
Provide on-site technical support to customers.
Customer Support
Visit customer locations for installation and service activities.
Explain system operation and basic maintenance to customers.
Resolve customer technical issues promptly.
Documentation
Prepare installation and service reports.
Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
Report recurring technical issues for continuous improvement.
