SP Textile Mills LLP is seeking an experienced Supervisor – Airjet Loom to oversee weaving operations using airjet looms. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring smooth machine operations, maintaining quality standards, leading the weaving team, and achieving production targets while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
Production Supervision
Supervise daily operations of Airjet Loom machines.
Ensure uninterrupted production and timely completion of weaving schedules.
Monitor loom performance and machine utilization.
Team Management
Supervise and guide weaving operators and technicians.
Train team members on machine operations and best practices.
Monitor workforce productivity and discipline.
Quality Control
Ensure fabric quality meets company standards.
Monitor weaving defects and coordinate corrective actions.
Maintain consistency in production quality.
Operational Management
Coordinate production activities to achieve daily output targets.
Optimize machine efficiency and reduce downtime.
Ensure smooth workflow within the weaving department.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce workplace safety procedures.
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
Promote a safe and organized work environment.
Reporting
Maintain production records and shift reports.
Report operational issues and production performance to management.
Monitor production metrics and suggest process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Any Degree
Computer knowledge is mandatory.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the weaving industry.
Experience handling Airjet Looms is preferred.
