Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction site activities and ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of supervising site operations, coordinating with workers, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring work is completed according to project schedules and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction and site activities.
Coordinate and monitor workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is executed according to project drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor workforce productivity and allocate resources efficiently.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
Report daily site progress to project managers.
Maintain site records, attendance, and activity reports.
Coordinate material availability and equipment usage at the site.
Identify and report site issues, delays, and potential risks.
Ensure housekeeping and proper maintenance of the worksite.
Required Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s Degree.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are eligible to apply.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of construction site operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team coordination abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Willingness to learn and adapt to site requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Willing to relocate to project locations in Gujarat.
Comfortable working rotational shifts.
Willing to travel up to 25% if required.
