📌 Role Overview
Vynce Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to own the entire growth funnel — from traffic acquisition (SEO, Ads) to conversion (funnels, CRO) and retention (reporting & client success).
This is a full-stack growth role, not limited to running ads.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
🔹 SEO & Organic Growth
Execute technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies
Conduct keyword research, audits, and content gap analysis
Optimize site structure, metadata, and internal linking
Track performance via GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
Stay updated on Google algorithm changes & Core Web Vitals
🔹 Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
Manage campaigns on:
Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Remarketing)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads (B2B)
Set up conversion tracking, GTM, and pixels
Optimize metrics like CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR
Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
Build retargeting and lookalike audiences
🔹 Growth Strategy & Funnel Management
Design end-to-end funnels (Ads → Landing Page → Lead → Sales)
Implement CRO strategies (heatmaps, form optimization, testing)
Collaborate on landing pages using Webflow / WordPress / no-code tools
Develop lead nurturing and retention strategies
Identify and scale high-performing campaigns and audiences
🔹 Client Management & Reporting
Act as primary POC for clients
Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews
Present insights on traffic, leads, CPL, ROAS, conversions
Suggest upsell opportunities (SEO + Ads + Funnels)
Coordinate with design, dev, and content teams
🔹 Analytics & Documentation
Build dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, Sheets
Track metrics: traffic, conversions, ROI, retention
Maintain campaign documentation and growth playbooks
✅ Requirements
4+ years of experience in SEO, Paid Ads, and Growth Marketing
Hands-on with tools:
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console
Ahrefs / SEMrush / SimilarWeb
Strong understanding of funnels, CAC, LTV, customer journey
Ability to analyze and explain performance metrics
Experience handling multiple accounts and budgets
Self-driven, experimental, and results-focused mindset
⭐ Preferred
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or international markets
Knowledge of landing page builders and CRO tools
