Role Overview

Studio Bomb is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect / Project Lead to lead premium residential and commercial projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional site management capabilities, and the leadership skills required to drive projects with precision, quality, and accountability.

This role demands hands-on execution experience, strong coordination abilities, and a deep understanding of high-aesthetic, detail-driven design environments.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead end-to-end project execution from concept development to final handover.
Prepare and monitor project timelines, BOQs, work schedules, and progress reports.
Ensure projects are delivered within quality, timeline, and execution standards.
Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise on-site activities to ensure flawless execution and quality control.
Resolve on-site technical and execution-related challenges efficiently.
Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
Technical Design & Documentation
Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings with high accuracy.
Ensure design intent is executed precisely across materials, finishes, textures, and detailing.
Review technical drawings, execution details, and material specifications.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Maintain clear communication regarding project status, execution challenges, and solutions.
Participate in client meetings and project presentations when required.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor junior architects and design team members.
Guide teams in maintaining design quality, technical accuracy, and project discipline.
Foster collaborative and accountable project execution practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture and/or interior design execution.
Proven experience handling premium residential and commercial projects.
Strong expertise in technical drawings, detailing, and execution documentation.
Excellent on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
Immediate availability preferred.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
Experience working with boutique, design-led architecture studios.
Ability to manage fast-paced, detail-intensive, high-aesthetic projects.
Knowledge of sustainable materials and contemporary construction technologies.
Strong understanding of luxury finishes, execution methodologies, and coordination workflows.
