Job Summary

As a Xiaomi Sales Promoter, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Xiaomi mobile phones at retail outlets. The role requires strong customer interaction skills, product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Promotion
Promote Xiaomi smartphones and related products.
Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations.
Convert walk-in customers into buyers.
Customer Engagement
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable devices.
Address customer queries professionally.
Build positive customer relationships.
Target Achievement
Meet monthly sales targets.
Maximize product visibility and sales performance.
Contribute to store-level business growth.
Work Schedule
Timing: 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM
Weekdays: Full-Time
Weekend Availability: Required
Travel Requirement: None
Eligibility
Experience
Preferred: 2 Years as a Promoter
Preferred: 1 Year in Product Sales
Fresh candidates with strong sales aptitude may also be considered depending on the employer.

Fixed Salary
₹14,000 per month
Incentives
Up to ₹20,000 per month based on performance and target achievement
Total Earning Potential
